The visit begins in Plaza San Martín, which offers us a monumental perspective, surrounded by formidable palaces dating from the beginning of the 20th century.

Then along Calle Arroyo and its continuation, Avenida Alvear, a true open-air museum that reminds us of its Parisian imprint, evoking the Belle Époque with its stately mansions.

Our tour will take us to Plaza Francia, the epicenter of the neighborhood’s social life, with its cafes and restaurants, including the historic La Biela cafe. This large green space, with its gigantic trees, is crowned by the impressive façade of the Iglesia del Pilar, a jewel of the local baroque.
